Watching Netflix is a perfect example of 'expectations vs reality'. Your expectation is that you'll get home and binge-watch a series for hours on end, the reality is that you'll spend most of the evening trying to find something to watch and then giving up before you've found something. This can be incredibly infuriating...

So, when Panasonic reached out to me about their Panasonic HD Televisions, I thought, what would be the first things I binge watched if I bought a new TV? Here, I have compiled a list of my favourite shows; from comedy to a little bit strange, hopefully, this will reduce the amount of time you spend searching for something to watch!

The Sinner

If someone asks me for recommendations on Netflix, my mind automatically goes to The Sinner. Jessica Biel's character, Cora Tannetti, and her dark history makes this show gripping and binge-worthy and with only 8 episodes, there's no reason why you shouldn't watch it!

Arrested Development

Josh and I started watching Arrested Development recently and so, I'm only on season 2 but this makes for such easy watching and I'm really enjoying it so far! Plus, you can't go wrong with something that has Michael Cera in it.

Pretty Little Liars

I'm not going to lie, I'm still bitter about how the final season of Pretty Little Liars ended but everyone should experience the confusion of trying to work out who A is at least once in their lives. One of my favourite things about this show is all of the unexpected plot twists; even if some of them are really quite peculiar.

Santa Clarita Diet

We finished watching Santa Clarita Diet a couple of weeks ago after binge watching both seasons across a few days and I loved it. Albeit the show being incredibly bizarre and leaving you like "what on earth?" at the end of most episodes, it's a must-watch!

Gavin and Stacey

If you know me, you will know I've watched Gavin and Stacey about 494 times all of the way through and if there's an episode on TV, you can bet I'll be watching it. This is perfect for those nights where you don't want to have to concentrate fully on a show but you know that you'll still enjoy it. Also, it's true what they say, everyone in the UK will always see James Corden as Smithy, no matter what else he does.

Stranger Things

This sci-fi horror is without a doubt one of the best things to come out of the past couple of years. You can't go wrong with this gripping show, with such a dark storyline but also so many intriguing sub-plots. I hope you're putting Stranger Things to the top of your to-watch list.

Which TV shows can you binge watch again and again, no matter how many times you've watched them? Have you watched any on this list? Let me know!
